Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with LogoDesignBD ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our service

We provide logo design, brand identity design and related graphic design. The package you choose lists the number of concepts, the number of revisions and the delivery time.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are a one-time payment. We start work once payment is confirmed. We accept PayPal (including debit and credit cards), bKash and, where offered, bank transfer.

3. Your brief and your content

You give us the information we need to design your logo. You confirm that anything you send us (names, text, images, reference files) is yours to use. Tell us as early as possible if something in the brief changes.

4. Concepts and revisions

We deliver the number of concepts listed in your package. You can ask for changes up to the number of revisions in your package. Extra revisions can be agreed separately.

5. Ownership of the final design

When you have approved the final design and your payment is complete, you own the final logo files delivered to you. Unused concepts remain ours and are not resold. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is part of these terms.

7. Originality

We design every logo as original work. Logos can look similar by chance, so we recommend you check trademark availability for your market before you rely on a name or mark commercially.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
